Paul Guignard (1876–1965).
He twice set the world motor-paced hour record on a track: on 8 April 1905 at the Parc des Princes velodrome (89.904 kilometres, behind a Berlin pacer), and again in 1909, when he became the first man to cover more than 100 kilometres in an hour — 101.623 kilometres — on 15 September 1909 at the Munich-Milbertshofen velodrome.
